I just want to take the time to say thank you for all of your help in both the sale of my old place and the purchase of my new place.    It was not an easy time of my life to have to sell my home and move to something smaller.  There was a lot of stress that I was dealing with at that time.   I had met with an agent previously that although she was helpful, she definitely didn’t seem like the kind of person that was willing to go the extra mile quite like you did!    The very first time I met you I was looking at a townhouse and I just knew when we met that you were exactly the kind of agent that I needed!  

You took control & made a very difficult time for me much easier!!!   Our house sold in just a few days from the time you listed it and you guaranteed me that you would find me the perfect place.   As you soon discovered, I am not a patient person and I was quite panicked that I would not find a new place in time before my closing.   Your constant reassurance was a calming factor and with every place we looked at, you never once pushed me into a decision.   Your words were so confident when you said “when you find the right home for you, you will know it”.   And right you were!    The minute I stepped foot inside the door of my new house, I said to you “this is it, make it mine” and you did!!!   It was a crazy night waiting, trips to Tim Horton’s, Pizza Hut, Tim Horton’s again, etc….. you did everything you could to keep me calm!    And you delivered on what you promised…you found me the perfect home (for me and my boys) and you made it mine!

You never wavered, you took my stress and made it your own!   Most important, you left no stone left unturned in both the sale and purchase of my homes.   You made sure that all t’s were crossed and that all contracts covered off all of my best interests.

I did not think it was going to be possible to find a townhouse that I would literally fall in love with!   I can honestly say that out of every place I have ever lived, this house that you found for me is my favourite of all!   You & I had just spent an entire day searching and at the end of a very long day (after we both went our separate ways), you went home & found a brand new listing.   You could have waited until the next morning to call me & arrange for us to go see it, but you didn’t.   You called me that night & you & I both made the drive back to Milton so we could check it out right away.   If you had not of done that, that house may not be mine today as someone else might have put an offer in first!   The house you found for me is so much more than just a house, it is our home and we love it!
